Use this checklist to ensure you’ve completed all the steps necessary for your work to be reviewed.
- Publish the course according to the standards specified in the project’s Design Document.
- Ensure that the published output is functional in the project’s primary browser (noted in the Design Document).
- Upload the published output to Artisan’s Web server.
- Create a hyperlink for the course, using these guidelines.
- Update the Checkout Master:
- Check in the file by removing your initials.
- Enter the latest source file version number.
- Enter the URL.
- Notify the Development Manager and Project Administrator by email to let them know the course is ready for review.
- Upload all project files to Egnyte, including:
- The authoring tool source file.
- The zipped, published folder.
- All stock multimedia files, including graphics, music, and video.
- All developer-created multimedia files.
- Ensure your hours have been logged accurately in Celoxis.
