- Use the Checkout Master to check files in and out and to record version numbers and active links—every time!
- Make edits in the authoring tool, and then verify them in a browser—every time!
- Use only made, verified, or Note from Developer in the Status column.
- Use images from approved sources: Artisan’s Getty subscription, the Articulate Content Library, or a client-specific source.
- Use only system fonts unless approved by the management team.
- Load drafts for review to Artisan’s FTP.
- When a development task is complete, load your published files to Egnyte (Published Files/Drafts).
- Log your time accurately on Celoxis at the end of every work period.
- Stay on top of new authoring tool features and design trends.
