You’ve spent the hours gathering materials, talking with SMEs, creating outlines, and getting your masterpiece of a storyboard completed. It’s time to send it to the Writing Manager for Review, but there’s one more step to do. Take the time to make sure your storyboards are clean and ready for review.
Check out these general proofreading tips from our sister company, Elearning Uncovered.
And don’t forget these storyboard specific ones:
- Check:
- Slide types
- Slide #
- Keyword (make them unique)
- Naming and versioning
- Consistent font throughout
- One space after sentences, and
- Stem sentence for bullets – add “and” or “or” for narration; leave them off for onscreen text
